HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping to Greece, takes 1-2 working days after receiving the order confirmation email. Please allow 2 extra days for the Greek islands and region out of reach. -International shipping takes 7-12 working days after receiving the order confirmation email. Unfortunately, for orders outside the EUROPE,your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered,you shipment destination and the value of your purchase. Dutied and taxes are non-refundable. *During high season,sales period and bank holidays,the delivery period may be affected. ** Make sure that your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid adress may be reshipped at your expense.

Change you mind about your purchase? If you wish to exchange your unworn item you can within 7 bussiness days of receipt. Shipping cost for exchanges is 10€ and 15€ international. -Unfortunately refund of money is not available. -Exchanges will be made with the receipt of product. -Please make sure that the product will be sent in its original package with the label on, unworn, without damage and washes . -If the package is lost,damaged or tampered with in transit by the courier company we will provide store credit. -To make an exchange please email us first or contact us at the contact phone number. All items on sale up to 50% cannot be changed.
REPAIRS: Our e-shop will repair any damaged items that occur from possible production errors,free of charge.
All jewelry is refundable except earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.
